LEGEND: M/N = Male, Neutered. F/S = Female, Spayed.
F/S, 5 years. Butterfly, is a large, short-haired calico with luminous green eyes. She enjoys being brushed, petted and pampered.
F/S, 6 years. Princess #2 is a short-haired white cat with brown and black tabby spots. She is a lap cat and would probably be great with an older or disabled person. She's OK with birds but would prefer being the only cat in your life. Because she is declawed, Princess #2 must be kept indoors.
M/N, 5 years; F/S, 3 years. Dasher and Dancer, medium-haired grey cats with golden eyes, came from the same house where their guardian died. They are very bonded and must be adopted together. Dasher (male) is very protective of his shyer companion, Dancer (female). Both are delightful, affectionate, well mannered and potential lap cats.
M/N, 2 years. Yabi is a petite short-haired grey tabby who is very playful and amusing when attacking toy mice. He is a teenager, so right now he is a little too rambunctious to be classified as a good lap cat. However, he likes humans so will probably want to sleep on your bed at night. Gets along with other cats and seems to prefer being indoors.
F/S, 1 years. This medium-haired grey tabby is very sweet and affectionate and a bit of a flirt. However, Graylora freaks out at the sight of another cat-who knows what experiences she had before arriving at ASAP, so she will have to be the only feline in your life and will probably do well in a home where she is the only pet.
M/N, 2 years. Chives is a long-haired black and white with an endearing cauliflower ear. Unfortunately, he came to ASAP with untreated ear mites and developed a hematoma. This cat is friendly, mellow and adores being brushed, petted and pampered. He is definitely a lover, not a fighter, and gets along with other cats.
F/S, 5 years. Beddy, a short-haired grey and white, is friendly and likes to be held and petted. She is a calm cat who is not timid but at the same time not aggressive in seeking affection, and she's definitely a lap cat. Should be the only cat in your life.
F/S, 6 years. Prancer is a grey and white long-haired cat with a pink nose and beautiful green eyes. She's very mellow and likes to be held, tucking her head under your chin and snuggling, and loves laps. Gets along with other felines.
M/N, 10 years. Maximillan, a black and white short-hair, is a very classy gentleman. This immaculately groomed feline has a mellow disposition and is affectionate. He enjoys being brushed and petted and gets along with other cats. Would prefer being an indoor-outdoor pet.
F/S, 2 years. Nosey, a petite short-haired white cat with black and orange markings, is very affectionate and likes attention and petting. She will, however, take extra time to adjust to a new home because of her shy personality, but it will be well worth the wait!
M/N, 2 years. George, a big short-haired cat with lush grey fur, seems a little shy at first but responds to having his ears and neck scratched. He is a people kind of cat and gets along with other felines.
M/N, 3 years. Yankee is a big white cat with green eyes and a very pink nose and hence must be an indoor-only cat. He gets along with other cats and would do best in a home with a patient adopter where he can shine.
F/S, 8 years. Fancy is a shy but gorgeous short-haired calico in the classic tricolor manner. She has a white nose and chest and green eyes. If you are a patient adopter with a quiet home, she will reward you with a warm lap. Gets along with other cats.
F/S, 8 years. Princess is a white short-hair cat whose guardian passed away. Because she is all white, she has to be kept indoors. However, this feline is a loner and would prefer being the only cat in your life.
M/N, 5 years. W.C. Fields, a short-haired grey tabby, is quite a character. He is affectionate, loves to be petted, and gets along well with dogs, cats and people. Because he can play a bit rough, we would not recommend him for a home with young children, but would be a great addition to an exuberant, growing household. He is declawed and so must be an indoor-only cat.
F/S, 12 years. Penelope, a short-haired calico, is bright-eyed, playful, affectionate and has a world-class purr. She loves adult attention but doesn't really like other cats and would be best in a quiet home with an older adult.
F/S, 1 year. Payasa, a black and white short-hair, is timid at first but affectionate and loves people. She likes exploring high place, including sitting on your shoulder. Payasa gets along with other cats and would make a wonderful addition to your home!
F/S, 8 years. Missy, a petite short-haired black and white cat with a small meow, had a happy home but her guardian fell on hard times and had to relinquish her. She is a purring love-bug who will swat at you to get your attention and then eats it up! Weary of ASAP life with its teeming cat population and overabundant sounds and smells, she will blossom in a loving home. Should be the only pet in your life.
M/N, 8 years. Chip, a big, handsome, tuxedo boy, arrived at ASAP with seriously solar-damaged eyes. He is better now and sees quite well but remains a little squinty-eyed and must be indoors. Chip is healthy, likes affection and is easy to pick up and handle. He would be perfect in a warehouse, workshop or greenhouse where he can roam and "strut his stuff" as a mouser.
M/N, 2 years. Stripey, a short-haired brown tabby, has a world-class purr and loves being petted and pampered. Probably would do better with no small children.
M/N 5 years. Davey, a brown and white short-haired tabby, is a smart, solid get-along kind of guy who loves attention and petting. While he is playful and can play hard, he does get along with other cats, but would likely be dominant. He would fit well into an adult home where he will get some love and some respect!
F/S, 3 years. Tabitha, a long-haired cream and white tabby, is soft-spoken, sweet and mellow. If you are looking for a submissive lap cat and that will fit into a household with other cats and children, this is your girl. She prefers being indoors.
F/S, 1 year. Klix, a short-haired orange tabby with big green eyes, often greets people who approach her cage. She's very playful and energetic, but would probably enjoy a quiet home as the only feline in your life.
F/S, 7 years. Maui is a medium-haired, tortoise-shell with a gorgeous plumed tail and big, beautiful green eyes. "Maui" likes to say her name! She is a sweet, gentle, and a little timid. Gets along with other cats and would be perfect in a quiet home.
F/S, 9 years. Me-Me's guardian adored this short-haired calico, but sadly, passed away (at the ripe old age of 103!). Me-Me loves being groomed and is that most prized of cats-a lap cat! Gets along with other cats and is looking for an indoor home.
F/S, 8 years. Queenie, a long-haired tortoise-shell, is a bit shy at first but with time and TLC will adjust to a new home. She is mellow, affectionate and likes being petted, rewarding you with purrs. Ideal for an older person.
F/S, 1 year. Carrie, a medium-haired calico, is affectionate and adores being held and sitting on your shoulder. This love bug promises to be that most prized of felines-a lap cat!
M/N, 2 years. Guy is a large black and white short-haired cat who may take a little time to adjust in a new home. He will make a great indoor/outdoor pet and purrs his thanks for petting and pampering.
